Are you a fan of the latest DCEU series installment, The Peacemaker? So are we! And we are excited to share with you some Peacemaker Easter eggs and fan theories. The Peacemaker series has been one of the most fascinating DCEU web series so far. Directed by none other than the legendary James Gunn, this series is purely ‘R’ rated and not for the faint of heart. However, addressing the elephant in the room, or rather the butterfly in the room, let’s look at some rumours, theories, and facts.

Peacemaker Easter Eggs – The Justice League

Yes, you read that right! Towards the middle of the finale episode, Adebayo calls her mother. Her mother, to everyone’s surprise, is Amanda Waller. This is when we first hear the name of the Justice League in this series. While none of the viewers were expecting it, the main cast of the Justice League did show up. Nevertheless, Superman and Wonder Woman were purely CGI characters cast in shadows to avoid revealing their faces. But the most fascinating part was the dialogue between Ezra Miller’s Flash and Jason Momoa’s Aquaman. This crossover of the DCEU canon characters with the more obscure likes of Peacemaker, has churned up a storm in the DC fandome.

Peacemaker Easter Eggs – Miller & Gustin Meet John Cena

As many ardent fans may remember, we got to see the Flash of both worlds meet in the CW Crisis on Infinite Earths saga. In this scene, we see the Flash of the DCEU movies (Ezra Miller) meet the CW series Flash (Grant Gustin). This scene received a ton of positive cheers from fans all over. If you’re looking for Peacemaker Easter eggs, then this is probably the biggest one. Since Ezra Miller’s Flash crossed over into a DC series yet again, who knows, maybe the CW’s Flash may also appear in season 2 of the Peacemaker. If this happens, it will surely be a treat to all DC fans around the world!

What to expect in Peacemaker Season 2?

The second season for the Peacemaker has already been announced. There are a couple of characters who will surely return for the second season and a couple new ones who will be added to the roster. One of the most expected events of the second season is the formation of LAW, which is a superhero group in the DC comics. It consisted of Peacemaker, Judomaster, Captain Atom, Nightshade, and others. It would indeed be fun to watch the family-like bonding of Peacemaker, Harcourt, Adebayo, Harcourt, and Economos be branded as the LAW.

Another thing you can expect in the second season is a brand new antagonist. The first season depicted a group of extraterrestrials as the villain. There is a high possibility that the second season might continue the trend. Among antagonist groups that may be chosen for the second season, is the organization named Checkmate. The ending of the finale episode portrayed beef between mother and daughter (Amanda Waller and Leota Adebayo). This could be played up in the second season with the disbanding of Task Force X. Interestingly, the leader of Checkmate is once again, Amanda Waller!
